Hi there Blog fans! Hope you are having a great Labor Day and are not having to labor at all today! I thought I would post a couple of photos of our daughter and son-in-law's wedding, which took place on June 20th . We all had a wonderful time and the newlyweds are doing great! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day for this event...and being the milestone that it is for all of us...I just couldn't resist sharing a bit of it with you. So.....(drumroll please).....introducing the new Mr & Mrs. King....Thanks for Looking and have a wonderfully lazy day! TTFN...

Hi there Blog Fans! Long time, no blog...Yikes! Sorry about the lapse...but the out of town trips took a toll on my blogging. Not to mention my card making.I hope you enjoy the 2 cards in today''s post...One is a Halloween card...something I've been playing with. The "cracked glass" technique. I learned a lesson on this one...DO NOT emboss the image with black embossing powder if you plan to use Ultra Thick Embossing Powder to make the crackle. Why? you ask...well...the black embossing starts to filter out into the clear stuff and looks  blurry. I left it alone on this card 'cuz to me it gives it an eerie look. But what can I say...I like eerie! The sweet little baby girl card is a really sweet (did I mention that already?) Whipper Snapper design. I made this for a friend who just had another sweet little baby girl. No special techniques...just added some sparkle with some glitter glue. But the image is one of my all time faves. Hope they like it!So I hope all of you are having a nice weekend...this being one of the last "summer"party times. As for me...I plan to keep up with the blog...no more out of town trips for a while (I HOPE!) So get out there and enjoy this beeutiful weather...till next blog....TTFN,
